Joe and Co. resurrected the terrazzo from under a house full of ugly ceramic floor tile, leaving a beautiful shiny smooth yet non-slip surface with very few blemishes. The floor in my 1959 St Pete home is as pretty as I imagine it was 50 years ago. Be mindful that this is a messy job best done before you move into a house, and be prepared to wash the place from ceiling to floor and repaint at least the base boards when they are done. My only knock is that they ran the AC while grinding the floor and filled the air handler and ducts with Portland cement dust, and it took a year and several cleanings to get rid of the smell. Even with that I'd still recommend Joe and his team for any terrazzo restoration project.
