This place is run by a slum lord. His name is Rob and the rent is extremely steep for the condition of the park and trailers/RV's. The landlord fixes nothing and blames his staff that he has running the place, when he will not give them the essentials for the maintenance of the grounds. He is currently under investigation by code enforcement because of neglecting the maintenance and upkeep.
