They were very busy but very quick and prompt. I waited for my oil change and it was less then 35ins which was very surprising. I always use them for my car service.

I took my son's vehicle with a light problem that he has repaired previous in 3 hrs. Others could not take care of the problem promptly that same day, but America's Service Station-Dacula said they could. I was checked in, the vehicle was taken back on what was assumed to be a 2-hr repair. They successfully completed the job in a little over an hour. My son was elated....because he desperately needed his vehicle ASAP.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in to get my oil changed and tires balanced and rotated before taking a spur of the moment vacation. I was told my front and rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and that my rear brake calipers needed to be replaced. Over $1300 in services they said I needed urgently. Being a woman, and knowing women tend to be taken advantage of in these situations, I declined and took the car the person who normally does my vehicle maintenance. He is ASE certified (just didn't happen to have a shop in the area I was in at the time). Turns out the only thing from that list that I needed was front brake pads. No rear brake work, No rotors, No calipers. On top of trying to charge me an extra $1000 for unnecessary brake work, the tires that they rotated to the front have blown belts in the tire. Guess they were going to tell me about that when I brought it back for the brake repairs, if I didn't have an accident in the meantime. These guys should really be ashamed of themselves!! The level of disgust I have for this place at this moment in time could never be described. One star is too many for them.

Well, they have earned my trust back. I will visit them again in the future to service my vehicles..

Friendly and fast customer service. I know I can always trust American Service Station with my vehicle.

Very frustrated! Went in for a simple oil change and was told that I had MASSIVE LEAKS in oil pans & gaskets that needed IMMEDIATE repair. Basically deemed unsafe and was as going to costs in thousands. Plus they charge $75 for the inspection alone. Took to another TRUSTED mechanic for a second opinion, who inspected my vehicle for FREE and stated only a handful or repairs needed (in the $300). Don't be deceived like I was.

This is what service should look like. Every time I need any done to my car they will figure out what is wrong and the tell me in language I understand and I really appreciate that they will come and pick up the car and bring it back. Unfortunately in this day and time professional services have like the one at this location has it nailed! From the top to bottom of off all associates who work there. They are awet!

You will not find a more trustworthy shop for your car. Ive been using them for 9 years now and have had only pleasant experiences. Clean waiting room as well.

These guys help out greatly when my truck left me stranded at home depot. Had my starter in and replaced in just over an hour. The price was more than fair and they were very friendly and helpful. They even drove me home while they completed the job.

Don't bring your cars to this place, they are professional thieves and liars to rip you off. I brought my MB they estimated $2400, but I got it fixed less than $400 at MB dealer.

Nothing but thieves here!!!!! They use after market parts and charge retail prices!!!! Tell you things need serviced that don't!!!!! My daughter took her car here for brakes and they charged her $600. She learned the hard way to not trust service providers. Total crooks and they don't care. I guess when your ripping people off you don't need a lot of customers!!!! Stay away from this business. 0 Star rating for sure!!!!!!

Horrible place to do business. They mark up parts anywhere between 70 and 80%. They TELL you that the parts are OE quality or better and that they get the parts from a non-retail vendor that specializing in OE parts, WRONG! They use Autozone, Advance, etc.. And they buy the cheapest parts to give them the largest profit margin. They will usually be very forceful on sales, which is how they are trained. 99% of the time, the things they "recommend" are bs except for maintenance items. DO NOT TRUST THIS AMERICAS SERVICE STATION, NOR ANY OTHER AMERICAS SERVICE STATION. Some are even owned by Mieneke now...

I have been using this location for a while now. They have always taken care of me, whether it be oil change or tire rotation, and given me excellent service every time. I will def keep going back.

They are a rip off and will tell you things that are wrong with your car that aren't. had I known that my sister had this problem with them also I would have never gone there. they gave us a list of things that needed to be fixed on our truck and the bill would be $3,000. + for all the repairs and they would have to keep it for a few days. I got the truck home and my husband did the repair on a few of the items for under $300. They said we needed new Head Gaskets but when my husband checked them out they were in perfect condition. DON'T USE THEM. GET A SECOND OPINION OR YOU WILL PAY FOR THINGS THAT DON'T NEED TO BE DONE AND YOU WILL PAY WAY TO MUCH. There is a place in Oakwood that we usually use called Dunca's and they do great work for a good price. We would have gone there the first time but we were in Hamilton Mill and the truck was overheating.
