Sergio from Texas-Air arrived on time and was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He checked out my entire Heat pump system, diagnosed the problem had the parts to make the repair with him and quickly solved the issue. I would recommend this company and Sergio to anyone in need of HVAC work.

In Texas, it is important to have A/C guys you can count on and these are those guys.



They put in my whole new system two years ago and last night it stopped blowing cold air. I called first thing this morning and left a message at 7am. They returned my call by 7:45 and said they could have someone out at my house between 11-1 and they actually showed at 11:15! amazing.



Prompt and professional, the service guy figured out that the capacitor needed to be replaced. He had the part and he replaced it and had it pumping cold air in under 15 minutes.



The part was under warranty and he told me not to worry about the labor. no bill!

They warranty the work for 10 YEARS amassing.



I will call them every time.
