I don't normally write letters to doctors office, but you have such an extraordinary staff of caring individuals, I felt compelled to write this letter as a small token of my appreciation.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to express my most heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional kindness your office showed me during my recent visit.
