You pay extra money for their road hazard warranty, when you buy a new set of tires. That's a big joke. You bring in your tire for a simple flat repair, and they tell you. “You need to buy a new tire, because the nail location is too close to the edge”. This is twice this has happened to me, in just under a year. Even with my road hazard warranty I shelled out over $125.00 this first time. This is money I didn't have, because I have stage 4 brain cancer, and haven't been able to work in over a year. Well this time when they told me my tire was unrepairable, I took it to Tomball Tire on Main St. They were able to repair the flat in short order and they did it for me for under $20.00. The moral of my story is, if you have a flat. Save your tire and money bring it to someone else. I have never bashed anyone like this before. But, when you get the feeling you’re being swindled, then you need to tell people, there is a better place to go, with less stress and drama. Tomball Tire on Main Street, they are good people and know how to fix a flat tire cheaply.
