My husband thought he could handle our A/C unit himself when the fan blade wasn't turning. However, he was wrong. It had been two days of barely any sleep and was late in the afternoon when we said we need help. We called Cy-Fair Mechanical and David Moore came to our rescue. He was so helpful, knowledgable and and all around wonderful person. He was actually about to go to the store with his wife when we called. He stopped, turned around and headed our way to help us fix our unit. He didn't have all the parts right there but he came back later that night with the part to finish fixing the unit. He had it fixed for us that night!! He is so amazing! I will recommend him to everyone I know from now on!!

Someone has mistaken Cy-Fair Mechanical for a different company. We have not serviced this customer and or billed them.

David Moore and his crew did a fantastic job when my A/C went down. He got me going with cool air through a temporary fix until the new system could be installed. I purchased a new Lennox system with 17 SEER efficiency and couldn't be happier. The day after my system was installed, an employee of mine said his A/C system in Cypress was not working and someone had told him he needed a new unit. I referred Cy-Fair Mechanical to him, and David told him the system was older but could be repaired at this time. My employee was not in a financial situation that allowed a new system now, so David repaired the system and gave a price for a new system when Jason could afford it. This honesty is rare today, and even more so in the HVAC industry. I applaud Cy-Fair Mechanical for their honesty and fair pricing, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement. - Mike
