This company is completely UNETHICAL! They came to my house to replace a hot water heater and made up 1375.00 worth of modifications to bring my house up to code. Here is the breakdown of the modifications:

Vent pipe modifications 325.00
Disposal fee $100
Panline modifications 225
Gas pipe modification 225
T&P line modifications $225
Water line modifications 275
Total 1375.00

The 1375.00 did NOT even include the price of the new water heater. Turns out I went with a different company. Joe, at Texans Water Heaters LLC, replaced my water heater, water pan, and installed a water leak sensor for 1180.00 out the door. Joe also informed me that my house required NO modifications and was NOT uncompliant with any current codes. My house is 16 years old.

If you are smart, you will steer clear of Vintage Plumbing! Do yourself a favor, and at least get a second opinion. Wish I could give 0 stars, but that is not an option.
