not giving store sale prices at the register? & also very rude when I phoned

Cynthiana Ky. very rude when I phoned to ask why my adult son was given no sale price as advertised? We are tobacco & cattle farmers , with a crew of 18 & usually buy all of our gear from the Cynthiana Ky. location, & with this single purchase believe we n staff will not be back unless something is done.
