This is the MOST UNETHICAL business ever. Clerk lied to my face about damaging my $3,500 Movado watch! The owner said to disregard the fact that you were lied to; we will not do anything about what we did (of course the supposed battery replacement was without my permission ). The owner admitted that her employee lied to my face!! I will be taking legal recourse.
If I could give a minus score I would!!!!
I can't believe someone in business would look you in the face and deny what they clearly did! ! Then they blamed it on not being able to speak English. Please beware of the place!!!!!!!
