I was disappointed with every aspect of working with this company. First, getting the installation scheduled took 4 calls/messages with not one return call. Secondly, the crew showed up 4 hours late and I was not notified of this until I called in to ask where they were. Then, during the installation we had poor quality materials being used despite upgrading to Cedar. a 1.5 day job took 3 days to complete, even though they knew I was under a tight deadline. Brand new sod was totally destroyed...and not just where the posts were being dug. Dirt, nails, screws were left scattered in the yard (children and pet feet don't appreciate this!). Lastly, after telling them that I wanted to pay the balance via check, versus credit card ( to avoid an additional fee) they ran my credit card for the balance. Yet, that was an unauthorized charge. They did agree to reverse the charge, but I was shocked that they would do that 12 hours after asking them to email me the invoice. I would highly recommend working with almost any other fence company. The entire experience with this company was terrible.

I would highly recommend this company for a wood or steel fence. I have a little of both completed and was very happy with the job done.

We had a wood privacy fence installed here in Suwanee. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. We have priced out this job with 4 other companies and Superior Fence's quote was around 8% less. My salesperson was always available for me on his cell for my questions. We have recommended them to our neighbors. Great job guys!
