I have been in the real estate business and new home construction since 1996. I chose this builder after seeing the quality of their craftsmanship.

Over my career I have worked with about 13 builders. And Rivermont Homes is by far the BEST BUILT Home I have ever experienced. I have sold homes from the 200k to 1.5 million dollar range..

We are Closing on our home 11/19/2021and the entire crew was an absolute pleasure to do business with from Sharon the builders agent to the comstruction crew Jason and Roger. Kiddos to you all for exceeding my expectations.

I am 100 percent satisfied and will definitely recommend to anyone looking to build a home.

Tile floor has cracked 4 times in 12 months and they've repaired, replaced, repaired and now that it's 12 months, they're ignoring our calls even after their own warranty liaison said it's faunty.
