DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. PLEASE READ. This company will not stand behind their work and will try to charge again-and-again even if you are still trying to resolve the initial issue. They take nickel-and-diming to a whole new level in $50 and $100 increments (or more). After my laptop had a disk error, I called this company to see if they did disk repair/data recovery. They initially told me a Level 1 Data recovery should recover all of data. I dropped off my laptop and paid the required $59.99 diagnostic fee. A few days later, they called to tell me I needed a Level II data recovery for an additional $199 which I authorized. After a few more days, they called to say that the Level II data recovery was 100% successful and 40 GB of data was recovered. Great. Except that wasn't true. Not even close. I still don't have access to 20GB of photos and videos which represents half of the recovered 40GB. I've already spent over $320 with this company and now they want to charge me for a Level III service to get access to the photos and videos. What a ripoff!! I am convinced that they intentionally held my photos and videos hostage to try to charge me another fee. But I refuse to pay any more than the $320 I have already paid. So I cut my losses and took my hard drive elsewhere to be repaired. Pro Computer is the most unethical business I have ever dealt with. Do not give them your business unless you want to be overcharged and underserved!!
