Spent $4000 on their "Pick and Plant" with their "lifetime guarantee" on their plants. I have had dead trees and bushes that have yet to be replaced for over 2 months now with several "appointments" for them to replace that have been no-shows OR the one time they came and brought a totally different kind of tree. Once they have your business they care zero about follow up and replacement for their "lifetime guarantee" because it is not a new sale
