I would not give this company a single star. They have been horrible to deal with from start to finish. I have been trying to get the back window of my truck replaced for two weeks with this company, the first week they did not cal to give me a 2 hour window, I had to call and ask . The tech didn’t check for accuracy of the window and brought the wrong window , no one called me that whole day to tell me when they could be back, I had to call at the end of the day.
The following Friday again , no one called to let me know a window of time, at 2 pm a tech called and said they decided not to come because someone put a extra bead of silicone around the window at some point and “ they didn’t want to fool with it” I have been a business owner for 20 years and have never seen such horrible customer service , please if your reading this do not use this company.
