Got a great deal on a suit or so I thought. Lady didn't charge for alterations up front and it delayed me getting my suit by about three weeks. Not one time did they ever call to tell me the suit was ready. Very incompetent crew at The Avenue location.

I have been to this store twice now and it doesn't seem to be run very well. The employees did not seem very knowledgeable and did a terrible job sizing me for my tuxedo which I had to have altered somewhere else after I received it because they were too busy to alter it themselves. In addition I had an order sent to another store to be picked up for an event and they had sent it to the wrong store nearly causing a catastrophe. Will not be returning to this store or the entire Jos. A. Bank line as I have never felt like I've been treated well in any of their stores.
