Please do NOT go here, even for something as simple as an oil change. I was there just doing my scheduled maintenance a couple months ago, and one of the KIDS they have doing oil changes managed to back my car into one of their lifts. I never posted anything about because I understand mistakes happen, and to their respect, they did fix my car within a timely manner. I haven't returned with my vehicle, but my wife needed an oil change and they're in a convenient spot so she went. Well, not even one day goes by and she is on the side of the road broken down because her oil filter wasn't on properly and all her oil leaked out of her car. I can't keep my mouth shut anymore! Please don't waste your time here, you will end up with more problems than you need.

They must think they are the gods of automotive repair! $462 to change out a starter!!!??? Holy crap!!!!! I checked repair pal dot com which gives you national averages of car repairs. The range for my repair was $236 for a mom & pop type place to $406 oh for say a dealership Ave is somewhere in between. Labor average is $105 to $134 theirs was $241.25!!!!! 3 bolts and a wire. Maybe a little more getting to it but there are guidelines for what should be charged and they are obviously rewriting the book! These are not guesses folks, these are national averages from a reputable site! They not only were not willing to work with me but tried to justify these outrageous costs! When I asked the what the core value was on a $200 starter they wanted to charge ME an additional $30 To get my bad starter back! So this was essentially a $500 starter repair! Well I feel I got screwed. You decide. If this saves one person from an overpriced repair then I'm getting at least SOME OF my $500 worth.

I love this shop. Chip is awesome and so are his mechanics. I had two automobiles/truck for emission testing and oil changes. Had coupons off their website. Kallen at front desk did an awesome job. They were busy. They forgot my husband's oil change sticker but no big deal.

Do NOT ever use them. My car was there 3 days and when I picked it up my cds were missing. When I confronted the manager he tried to act like I was lying.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE! I just recently was misled - and this is the third time. I learned that my car had a gas leak and they needed 8 hrs just to diagnose. I didn't buy it - had them button up my car and i took it to the car dealer (normally they would be the ones you worried about). They told me it was a gas cap and the car is fixed. If this was the first time, I'd say it was an honest mistake. It is the third time. NEVER GO THERE. I will show you my receipt from them and the dealership if you have any doubts.

NOT IMPRESSED. I had my truck towed to Herberts because it wouldn't start up anymore, plus I had two tires I asked them to put on because the front two were showng the steel belt. The truck was there for one week. No response, so I called them. They were still looking at it and needed more time. Then another week went by. Still, no response. So I called them again. The man on the phone said that I needed a new air condioning compressor, a new oil gauge, new belts, and a host of other things that had nothing to do with the problem I brought it in for. When I asked why it wouldn't start, he just said that it was a "combination" of things, and wouldn't give me a straight answer. He said that if I wasn't prepared to spend a very large amount of money ($1500 +) then I might as well take it away from their shop. Easy for him to say-- he didn't have to pay the towing expenses to and from his shop, car rental fees,AND they never even put the tires on! bad communication, would not recommend.
