Kurt Came out never went into my attic to figure out where the leak was coming from. He just kept asking me questions as to where the leak was at in attic. I asked several times did he just want to look as i am not a roofer. He assured me that he's done this for a long time and knows where most roofs start leaking at. We also agreed that if it didn't fix the leak he would come out and fix it and apply my payment to that. Needless to say he didn't fix it. So I called several times with no response. I tried getting a hold of him for 2 months with no call back. So I then let him know that I would be contacting the BBB and report him. He suddenly responded. He then gave me a story at first I believed him. Said he was diagnosed with medical issue and would be able to work for about a month. This was the end of Nov. So I said no problem I hope you feel better. So when the end of Dec came and he never called or showed I called him back. At first no answer again and the he asked who is this. So I reminded him and we went back and forth as he was trying not to come out and fix my roof. At this time I could have called somebody else but he was to apply the $385 to fixing my roof. If I called someone else I would be out more money. He ended up getting very belligerent and cursing me. Mind you I never once cursed him. I told him I didnt need to be subjected to that and hung up. We went back and forth via text message. I let him know that I would take him to small claims court. He then wanted to talk and work things out again. He scheduled a time to come out and again no show. He rescheduled several times. After being utterly frustrated I let him know he needed to take care of it or I would be contacting a lawyer (This was by text). I was then texted that Kurt had a medical issue and that he would not be able to be contact and that was his girlfriend. I have made several failed attempts to resolve this issue. He is the most unethical so called business person I have dealt with. I will see him in small claims court and let him answer to his text messages and empty promises. I'm not sure if he even went on my roof. Saw nothing but a ladder, no hammer, materials or anything. I had another roofer come out because I was getting mold from waiting for him. He said he didn't see any work done recently on the roof. WoW!!!! I guess you learn from your mistakes.

The only "pet friendly" roofing company in Cumming we were able to discover. We live in Suwanee but Cumming is nearby. Our dogs frequent our yard to do their business and we were worried that once we had our roof done that there could be a nail left in the yard that would harm our dogs. Hail Yeah Roofing did a great job on our roof and they use metal detectors to clean up the nails from our yard. This gave us peace of mind that our pets would be safe! Highly recommend.
