My daughter and I made the trip to personally select the flower for a prom boutonniere. The assistant showed us the selections and we pointed to the color of a rose but stated it was too large for a boutonniere. With that the owner brought out some wrapped roses- crème trimmed in the color of interest- and stated these would be better because they're smaller.

On prom day, I picked up the pre-paid boutonniere and found the rose was just as large as the one we said was too large and requested a change. The assistant couldn't help so I went back when the owner returned. The owner gave a number of excuses as to why she wasn't in any way accountable and implied that this was my fault. She was very rude, accusatory, and belligerent. She wouldn't consider adjusting anything- including the price. In the end, she tore off a bunch of the outer petals and handed it back to me saying now it's smaller. I will never return- even though it's walking distance from home.

I could not have asked for better service or quality flowers for our wedding. The bouquets were absolutely beautiful and lasted all day, despite the extremely hot weather - we were even able to enjoy them in our home for over a week after the wedding. The designer was extremely helpful with putting together stunning centerpieces within our budget. I would definitely recommend Flower Jazz!

What would I tell my best friend about this place? Stay away! Contrary to the other reviews and to their own claim of excellent service, Flower Jazz was 2.5 hours late delivering the flowers for our son's wedding on Thursday. While the arrangements were undeniably beautiful, the stress you caused to my family WITHOUT ONE PHONE CALL, was absolutely stunning. You made us 24 minutes late for the ceremony. When we were calling you, we got no response other than that you were on your way, which you clearly weren't. We even waited 24 hours before posting this to see if we'd get a call with an apology. Nothing. This is a terrible business.

I received two orders on Christmas eve evening. “Holly Berry Happiness" is beautiful. Thank you. I have had so many disappointments when ordering flowers lately. It is nice to receive something that is actually nicer than the picture on the website. Usually, this is not the case. How great that you are right down the road from me! You will hear from me again.

My Wedding flowers was unforgettable!!! Flower Jazz is a fantastic florist. They are very creative, "get" your ideas and are willing to work with you whatever your situation might be. On the day of the wedding they were right on time and went above & beyond the call of duty. Everything was so beautiful and lovely. Thank you for the best service i ever got in my life!
