They are so friendly and people are always commenting on my nails and ask where I got them done. I had been trying out a lot of places with my mom she is in her 80 s and very hard to please a friend told me about essences wow what a wonderful experience got a pillow for moms back and no oder music so low and relaxing. They really take their time always just focusing on you not talking on their cell phones. Well trained and give great massage. I have been going there for years and Cindy one of the owners makes sure you had a great time. We even had a birthday party there before and so nice to children too. Can't imagine going anywhere else. Martha Payne

My first time at Essence Nail spa and I will never go back. Great place but bad customer service!! I didn't like the color my nails turned out and asked to repaint them a different color and the lady doing my toes was VERY unprofessional - telling me I should have told her before she was done, attitude the whole time, and then telling me the new color was the same as the old one and charging me $3 extra to change it! It does t matter what I didn't like or wanted to change - I'm the customer and its your job to make sure I leave happy! She was so rude and disrespectful - it was before Easter and I a stay at home mom and rarely get to do anything special for myself! The manager stepped in and handled the situation but still over charged me...bottom line..I won't be back!
