Provided by YP.comI brought an axle I had screwed up in for repair. Your staff had my axle fixed and I was back on the road in less than 24 hours. No hassle, no waiting and more importantly the job was done correctly the first time. That is very important to me and should be the norm but is getting harder and harder to find in business. So thanks for doing good work at a fair rate. Clay

Provided by YP.comI am very pleasedwith the Haulmark EZ Display trailer. It will be used to access remaote areas in the park to give visitors the infmoration they need. The knowledge and assistance frrom Tim and his staff have made this process very easy. The price and quality of the trailer is excellent!

Provided by YP.comWent in to purchase a used trailer and even though they did lower the price from $550 to $500, I was still presented with all the typical salesperson rhetoric. I was given the old "we've got another person coming in this afternoon to look at it", told that they were "throwing in" the spare tire that was already attached to it, and you would have thought I was asking for the moon when I wanted them to throw in a $8.95 hitch ball on a $500 purchase (which they refused). Might be an ok place to purchase a new trailer, but I don't like giving my money to places that treat their customers like this. Ended up finding a much better deal from a private individual.
As I appreciate your feed back, please let me add that you were on the yard for quite awhile on a busy day. We allowed you to hook up the trailer to assure the lights were working and offered the discount. As for the old "someone else is coming this afternoon", well they did. At Country Boy Trailers we value our word and our customers. We explained that we would call you when we had paperwork in hand and would not sell the trailer to anyone. We expedited getting the paperwork and did follow through with what we told you we would do. You made the decision to purchase else where from what I understand only because we didn't have the tag receipt immediately even though we offer the 30 day drive out tags. We were pleased you found a trailer as we sold the trailer to the customer that did in fact come in that very same day.

Provided by YP.comCountry Boy Trailers offered service, parts and my trailer. They were extremely helpful and answered every question I had. The sales department is knowledgable and got me the exact trailer I needed. The service department intalled my hitch flawlessly. I can understand why they have been in business since 1964. The lady that wrote the bad review is obviously too dfficult a person to work with.
I have and will continue to recommend people to Country Boy Trailers. It's WELL WORTH THE DRIVE! Say hey to Uncle Charile why you are there.
