Contracting Concepts Inc. is reckless and untrustworthy. My homeowners association hired them to do a job and they didn't let any of the residents know they were coming. When I wasn't home they used a ladder to climb into my balcony and broke into my home to do the job! I realized later that they had been in my house. It wasn't convenient for them to wait, so they took it upon themselves to trespass without my permission. Unbelievable!!! Then I called to ask the owner of CCI what had happened and he hung up on me. I had to file a police report!
