We have sold wood to Coal Mountain timber for 17 years. They have always been very honest and fair. Would definitely recommend this business!

I answered an ad from this company indicating that they would pay to harvest your trees,. I called and a couple of weeks later a representative of this company came out , Robert West, and said that he could take the trees I indicated but would not pay as they didnt make much money off of them. I thought it would be a good deal as I needed the trees removed and did not have to pay either. I marked the trees and we set a date. It was a week later (after our original date) that Robert came on site to remove the marked trees. They removed the easy trees to get to, and did pile up the branches as he said he would, however did not complete the job. It has now been several months and I have left over 4 or 5 voice messages wanting to know if he is coming back (as he indicated to my son he was) to complete the job and I have not even had the courtesy of a reply. I would consider this false advertising by this company and would not do business with them again,. I have called the company requesting an answer and still do not have one. I also did find out later that the many truck loads of trees he hauled out of here did provide him with a good amount of money as well !!
