Dr. Bowyer saved our cats! She went above & beyond to seek a new strategy with her colleagues and saved his foot after a botched declawing job done in another city! They educated us about this subject and we recommend not to declare.

They really know what they are doing here and deliver service with extreme compassion!

I went for the first time to the Cat Clinic (Cumming) last week because a foster kitty had been throwing up and I needed to get her in quickly to see someone. I also already know the Vet who is there now, Dr. Joanna Bowyer, and she is just brilliant. It was easy to get an appointment. Reina, the receptionist, was very easy to communicate with. (I don't know the ladies mentioned by Amy in the other review, and my experience was excellent). The office is very nice and quiet so kitties don't get scared by noises. I was seen shortly after arriving. My little foster kitty loved both Reina (Vet Tech) and Dr. Bowyer and she rolled onto her side to allow rubbing on her belly for both - she rarely does that for anyone. Dr. Bowyer had elevated liver values diagnosed quickly and we got meds for the issue with great education, and we were on our way. I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone, and I've dealt with a lot of different practices, being an animal foster for a local rescue.

Until today, I was bringing all 4 of my cats to the Cat Clinic. A misunderstand on appointment date and multiple call backs made me leave. Amy who answered the phone was unapologetic in addition to not passing a message on as well as Megan who did not communicate very well made my decision to leave. Their schedule is very hard to work with, I will no longer be refering them as well.
