I was looking for a microwave for my rental property which I needed it immediatly and I found the same model and color (an open box item) for lesser and Mitch was very helpful with the information he gave about the warranty.

They also gave me a little more discount on the already reduced price.

This purchase costed me lesser than what it takes to get my old microwave repaired.
