My wife hit a dear [Don't worry, Bamby is fine.] which did some damage on the front of her car. We brought it to ABRA for repairs. The car looks great, but when they put her front end back together the automatic headlights no longer work, the car alarm no longer works, the battery wasn't bolted back down, and the air duct that sets in the front of the car and in front of the radiator not only wasn't installed but was hidden in an opening in the back of the engine. Had this car been driven in heavy rain that would have destroyed it.

My grandmother in law has the car in her name and was handling it for my wife. They never returned her multiple calls. probably figuring that her being old and female she won't do much. They should be thankful I took over because that lady is as tough as nails.

I called on Saturday and spoke to their complaints department. I let Stephanie know of all the issue and I was told I would be called soon. It's now Monday afternoon.

Don't use them unless you plan to repair their mistakes after the job is done. Or at least done by their low standard definition.
