I bought a groupon to have 3 manicures at Hair it is, so that was my introduction to the salon. What a gem I found! Right off exit 14 on 295, it is very easy to reach no matter where you live in RI. Crystal, the manicure specialist, is the very friendly and engaging, always aiming to please. The first thing she did once I sat down was to offer me a cold drink or a hot cup of coffee! I have had many manicures over the course of many years, but never has any of them held up as long as Crystal's! Whether it is because she uses a superior product or because she never rushes, or a combination of both, I simply do not know. But I do know this, I will have my manicures done at Hair it Is, with Crystal, from now on.
