Welcome to Fore Court Racquet & Fitness Club For forty years, Fore Court has served the racquet sports and fitness needs of Northern Rhode Island. With eight indoor carpeted tennis courts and two racquetball courts, Fore Court is one of the largest racquet sport facilities in Southeastern New England, offering leagues, clinics and lessons. Fore Court's 10,000 square foot fitness center features the newest cardiovascular equipment and includes two complete Nautilus circuits and free weights. Spinning, Group Power, fitness kick boxing, aerobics and yoga are offered in Fore Court's expanded group exercise room, offering one of the most extensive fitness programs in Rhode Island. As the only Rhode Island licensed club offering Group Power, you can take advantage of this innovative fitness class that incorporates weight training with a cardio workout. Our fitness kickboxing program also has been regarded as the most vigorous workout in the area. The professionalism and knowledge of all our group exercise instructors is unparalleled.
