Uppity and rude overpriced worst customer service I ever recieved and later found out it was the owner herself save yourself the aggravation

I purchased my wedding dress here and they had me order a size down. When it arrived (4 months later, mind you) the dress was too small. They stated that their policy is that they do not do exchanges or returns. I was stuck with a dress that did not fit me correctly and out $500! They were very unwilling to assist me with this problem so I would reccomend that you DO NOT shop here. I ended up going to David's Bridal and purchasing a lovely gown that was fitted correctly. They were much more helpful and professional at David's.
