NEVER SHOP HERE!!! They rip customers off, making up all sorts of charges for custom components to supposedly install your equipment, that aren't necessary or actually installed in your car. I went in for a very basic radio installation, that according to the sales man needed some sort of holding cradle to fit. He charged me for a this. After installation there was no holding cradle to be found, when I went back in they suddenly made up other charges, stating that the installation was actually more expensive but they gave me a discount so I shouldn't complain about a non-existent holding cradle that was charged at 50 dollars. Shady bunch, you're better off elsewhere!

Unprofessional and rude, scam art, Complete waist of time, i called them 3 times to double check the price as per their add on craigslist for $199 inc installation, they assured me they have it in stock and it is that price, even made an appointment and tripled checked the price, explained to them that its a 2 hour drive for me there, got there and they said $299, and no they are not gono honor their own add, i would never recommend any one here, scan artists.

went in to get estimate on installing auxiliary in cable on 2005 Altima. walked out in less than 2 hours , with new Sony head unit . new alarm system. For$ 365.00 out the door. Installation job looks exelint. The manager (Rad) gave me a short tutorial on how to operate. Over the last 10 years , I have had a virety of services performed on a virety of cars. always satisfied with price , and workmanship.

WARNING: KEEP your wife’s and girlfriends away from this place. They try with everyone crosses their way and if someone says NO to them they start talking s**t about her in a different lang. One of the guys is trying to make some of the customers go to his new shop somewhere next to LAX and if you do buy that s**t be aware of money robbing. I will NEVER EVER recommend Pacific Stereo 405 or whatever name another shop is to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, as a matter of fact if someone asks me about the place I’ll recommend they go elsewhere.
