- Before every trail ride, you are shown either a video or live presentation covering&;how the horses are trained, some about horse personality and safety. Then you are given an opportunity to try your horse out in the ring before you go out on the trail.  This way, if we need to, we can change horses before you go out on the trail.This is a very good value we give you for free! We believe it's important.   Your trail is guided by a trained Guide. You ride over some of the most beautiful land in Western North Carolina;The vacation cabins are sequestered.Some have great views of mountains in the distance, some are surrounded by a beautful forest with great views of horses riding by.
