Personally, after having a situation in my home and working with Servpro to the tune of nearly 10K, I would suggest that people get some different quotes. Don't panic about your situation and let them decide what will be done. Take a breath, you have time, do some research. The "quality" of how my home was cleaned wasn't very good and honestly, the odor of the smoke damage still slightly remains in the affected area. If you have an immediate need with water clean up, maybe things would come out better. I'm sure they have several totally satisfied customers but we just aren't one of them.
