Went in for a 2 pm apt, left a 5:30 pm, took over a hr for the Dr to see me once I got in the exam room, once he came in he barely looked at me never even came near me, I tried to explain prior procedures that I had for my illness, he looked at me like I had a third eye, then had the nerve to say to me your pain is NOT that bad like he knows the pain and suffering I have been through over the last several yrs which totally upset me I wanted to walk out right then and there, he had no idea my pain is 24/7 and is so bad that I cant eat have lost 30 lbs and throw up daily from pain... Im not some junkie wanting pills Im a wife, mother, grandmother that wants her life back to enjoy my family and went there in hopes that he could help me not put me down, hes' supposed to be a Christian, well I can tell you God doesn't want his family treated like that... on top of doing nothing for me but make me feel like just horrible, he then ordered all these unnecessary tests, allergy test, glaucoma test, some heart test etc. which has nothing to do with whats wrong with me.. so I spent over 3 hrs there and got not one thing accomplished... alls I can say is I hope when the regular Pain Dr returns from his illness that he is better then this clown and knows what hes talking about, this guy needs to stick with treating diabetics I guess.. Im just one upset patient right now, who suffers on a daily basis.... and does not need to be told by a Dr how I feel when my past Dr. told me the pain I suffer is one of the most severe forms of pain there is and the only reason Im not going to him is because I moved...

I have waited for 2 1/2 hrs one time and a couple times over 1 hr. and now that i opened my mouth he they get me in to see him or another pa and i am out in 30 minutes or less.If that happens one more time over 20 minutes i will leave and find another doctor.

I found that the doctor is excellent at managing my diabetes and his weight loss program has really helped me. The staff and new doctor are really great.

Although he does know how to manage diabetes really well. He has become gready and insists in over booking the schedule not allowing room for the excessive testing that results in extreme wait times. His staff is friendly which almost balances it out but I heard that he demands they work overtime and refuses to pay them for it.
