Sorry to hear that Tab M! We had a the same thing happen to us. They took advantage to my grandmother! Sold her anything they could and when her bed started to sink within 6 months they ignored her. They are dishonest and rude.

They also have another location in crystal lake next to around the clock (had one in fox river grove). If you like to be suckered into buying (extras) this is the place. Anything they can do to make a extra buck. If their products are defective they will not give your money back! Our bed frame was delivered bent and defective. The owner hung up on me and didn't care that the bed fell apart and fell on me!!! Also told my boyfriend that we should add ply wood to their product???? If you want to be injured while you sleeping I recommended this place. No returns here if they sell a bed frame that can harm you!!! WOW $50 they must need the money way more then I do. Instead they offered us a cheap $ 50 pillow. I also suspect other unethical practices at this store, why else would they keep opening and closing stores?
