Hogan was quick to bid and get the tear off and re-roof done (2.5 yrs ago), but we have had many an empty promise to address a leak that has popped up. We've called and had 3 visits for someone to look at the problem, and promises to get a team out to fix it....but no action taken over the past year. Empty promises on a supposed warranty. Very disappointing.

I purchased a commercial property 13 years ago. Through-out the thirteen years, every year we have leaks in our brand new roof. Every year it is difficult to get Hogan to respond to any service request. When they do, it is, "I forgot a ladder" or "no show" or "it is difficult to find where it is coming from" NO ACTION, and all kinds of reflection. After 13 years of this, I conceited and stopped calling them. I come into the office today 6-25-11 and find ceiling tiles destroyed and cabinets damaged due to water.

Called for a repair about 5 days ago for a leaking roof got a call back that someone would call and schedule an appointment, now day 3 and still no call. Is this normal business for them?

TWO YEARS WITH A ROOF LEAK AFTER A NEW ROOF THAT LEAKS THAT NEVER LEAKED BEFORE

We had our roof replaced and Hogan did a phenomenal job. Our neighbors used them once they saw what a great job they do. They use the highest quality materials and they were the lowest bid we received! Can't say enough good about them and their service (had an issue with 1 gutter and they were out the next day to fix it). And their clean-up was amazing since we have extensive garden beds all around the house – they didn’t damage one plant and not a nail to be found!Dan, Lakewood
