Great company and excellent service

Our experience with Copley Roofing was incredible. We’re first-time homeowners of a two-bedroom, attached-garage ranch. Like many homeowners, we have thousands of home improvements to complete, but little money to complete them with. Over the course of a year we saved every penny we could and decided 2013 would be the year we tear-off and re-shingle our roof….ourselves.



Like any good, hopeful DIY’er, we scoured the internet for supply information, warranties, instructional videos, and pricing. We even had a large-name retail company come into our home and provide a free estimate….with about $5k worth of “important” ventilation add-ons, of course. The quote reinforced our determination to complete the roof with our own two hands...we just needed a good supplier. Throughout the years we’ve heard about Copley’s exceptional service and honest work. We decided to give them a call.



From our very first interaction, I knew we made the right choice. Copley Roofing went completely out of their way to ensure we had the supplies we needed. Within minutes of calling, they politely (and accurately) sensed I had no idea what I was talking about and sent Chris over to measure the roof and check the flashing.

I was not the easiest client; my knowledge base was minimal, I made a shingle color change halfway through the ordering process, and I needed to pay with two separate cards only days before supplies were to be delivered. They were patient, kind, and most importantly, honest.



On demo day our supplies were delivered by the owner himself. He provided us with invaluable advice, helped guide me through the supplies and explained where everything went. We were slow-going and the weather was turning bad; Mr. Copley worked around our pace to ensure we had the most possible time to get the roof water tight. He acted on genuine concern for my family’s welfare and worked late into Saturday afternoon… you do not get this kind of incredible, individualized attention when shopping at big box stores!



I highly recommend working with this knowledgeable, family-owned-and-operated business for any of your roofing or home improvement needs. They are a godsend to the community and our family.
