They have amazing food. Freshly made everytime. I come here for breakfast few times a week. I can't get enough!

I had the Andy's Burger and it was delicious. The split pea soup in the best. They also now take credit cards. Overall the food is above par and a very clean place. The rice pudding is very good also.

My dad frequented this place for over 30 years. Even when they remodeled and took out his stool they saved it in the basement for him! They are like a part of everyone's family. Daughter Angie has pretty much taken over the day to day running of the restaurant and knows all of her customer's names & always asks about other family members. Food is always good and reasonably priced. I I had to give some constructive criticism in one area is that sometimes the service isn't what I think it should be, but really not that bad. All in all one of those great little local restaurants that I always recommend to out of towners.

Andy's has the best baked chicken in McHenry County, plus you are served by the friendliest waitresses I know of.

Friendly staff and clean, organized restaurant makes Andys one of my first restaurant choices around. The menu has many option and best of all breakfast is served all day.

It's filthy, the co-owner Angie is a liar and the bathrooms are disgusting too! GROSS

Andy's restaurant is more of a :"GOSSIP house" rather than a decent eatery.. The owner :"Angie" who co-owns the diner with her brother is as they say :" INTO EVERYONE"S BUSINESS" this woman will ask a patron everything under the sun and yet she gives out nothing but lies regarding her personal affairs ( not than anyone cares about her life). The food is about a 5 or less on the 1 to 10 scale.. The service is not bad when and or if the staff decides to wash their nasty hands and keep their mouths out of the tapioca and then licking the spoon and putting it back.. Yeah it's pretty disgusting.. Have seen allsorts of things that are major turnoffs but the staff are just not all that hygienic.. They will reach for the custards or tapioca and lick the spoon clean right in front of the patrons ( not kewl).. But not to mention a health hazard.. The Greek co-owner really is a piece of work in that she is telling all sorts of lies just to IMPRESS and bring peeps in to her diner..

Great breakfast, and lunch menu. Very good service, a large selection of great tasting food, and reasonable prices. How do you beat that ?

I have only had breakfast & lunch at Andy's, and you can't ask for better food, and service. Large portions, and good prices.
