Great experience! I had my BMW X3 towed into their facility because my brother had work done there as well as the BMW dealership reccommending them as their certified facility. Tom & Ed's arranged the rental, managed my claim, as well as delivered my vehicle when I couldnt pick it up. Much love to you guys!

They did the same for me too! I went to a shop down the street for damage on my car and they wanted to charge me $300 to do in addition to my insurance work!



Tom and Ed's Autobody did it for me for free because I was a return customer. Now thats customer loyalty!!

I went in not knowing anything about the process, or how to file a claim. After I picked up my car I felt like a pro! Debbie at the front desk assisted me through my claim and actually called my insurance company for me, and even set me up in a rental.

They have an Enterprise Rental company on their property so I didnt even have to leave the facility to get my rental.



I am so happy with the outcome and how they paid attention to my needs. People are often treated like numbers, so it was nice to be treated like family from Tom & Ed's Autobody.
