Wonderful Credit Union. Deposits are available immediately and the staff is very pleasant. Will continue to use Tech for all my banking needs.

The 1.74% interest rate is great, but customer service is not. I had my loan payment set up to be taken out of my checking account automatically every month. 2 months goes by and they said I didn't provide that information. They said it's done through bill pay. That I should have gotten an email and set it up. Never recieved an email. They billed me an $18 late fee because they didn't set up my payment process correctly. I went in the branch to sort this out and make payment. I asked if they could waive the late fee. They said no they don't do that. I'm responsible for making my payment. The manager was ignorant. That upset me because that's why I had it set up on auto pay. To avoid theses situations. Well guess with them charging late fees and never waiving fees for customers. They make up for that low interest rate. I don't recommend Tech Credit Union because of poor customer service. I recommend chase.

This place is a joke. They're lack of technology literally offends me and they use that as a way to scam you out of money. I have never had so many issues with a bank that is holding MY money in my life. Switching to Chase. Do NOT bank here. They have rude employees-I have actually been hung up on by the woman who is in charge of accounting here. She is so rude.

I have been with tech for quite a while and boy did they have me fooled. At the recommendation of a freind I tried another credit union in the area and the quality of service offered beat tech hands down they are truely a members organization. Tech treats their customers no better than the big banks. You are a number not a member at Tech. I have moved all my accounts to my new CU and will never utilize any service from Tech again unless extremely desperate. Just look at their fee schedule thank god I got out of their before they hit me with any. But their fees are outrageous for a CU. I recommend my new credit union to all my friends and family. Stay away from tech.

I have been doing business with Tech Credit for about 9 years as a bonafide account holder - both current and savings. I also had a credit card account. Tech Credit served me well and I appreciate their business savy. However, I was completely surprised and annoyed that Tech Credit sold/transfered my credit card account to another company without the courtesy of informing me of the development or asking me if I like to go with the transaction or not. I found out the hard way. This behaviour is a large chink in the armor of goodwill that the company built over the years.
