I've used this company twice. Once to replace a sump pump and once to replace a water heater. Both times, I was impressed by the company's professionalism and timeliness. They quoted the amount for the work before they came out and there were no surprises. I would definitely use this company again.

Going forward, I will never do business with this company again. I left a voicemail for them on 1/19 and asked that they call me back to set up a date and time to provide me an estimate on some work that I needed done. The employee in the office called me the next morning and told me that somene would be out later that day, and will contact me to provide an estimated time of arrival. A short time later, two workers arrive at my home (Jeff and Carl) without notifying me (I wasn't home at the time). However, my father was there babysitting and greeted them at the front door. Instead of saying "hello" in return, Jeff gets very rude and says "I've been out here before and have already explained all of this to you". Jeff was out the year before to help resolve an issue with the underground sump pump discharge being frozen. Because the ground was frozen, he had no clue as to where the underground discharge was located, but assumed that his thought was correct. He was completely wrong (I located it this past summer). The work that I was going to hire The Plumber Inc to do would have been very simple for them. This project would have supported their business and would have given me more reason to recommend them to my family and friends, as well as hiring them again in the future. When the first words that leave his mouth are "I've been out here before and have already explained all of this to you", you've lost me. Unacceptable...

The Plumber was recommended to me by my father-in-law and so glad he did. We had slowly leaking pipes in the well room in our basement. We needed all new plumbing put in as well as replacement of our well tank. Estimate was provided first and work was done the next morning. Jeff and Brian were the plumbers who came to our house and they were very professional and took care of our problem. The work done was excellent. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Plumber for anyone looking for a really good plumber.

This is a great company to work with. Very honest people. They won't take advantage of you. Quality work is always performed. I have used them many times over the past several years. The only Plumber that I use or recommend.

We have used the Plumber for 19 years and never have been disappointed. Quality products used, great service, reliable, clean up after themselves well. Great followup if needed. They are terrific!

I highly recommend that you call The Plumber! Our kitchen sink was leaking and the hot water pressure was bad (turns out it was almost completely shut off, but I couldn't turn it, so they did!) and they did a great job. Very quick, efficient, and courteous. The price of the repair was less than what the secretary told me on the phone! I will call them again if we ever need a plumber! The people who came to my house are Brian and Jeff.
