i have been going to panache for a few years now. i get my hair cut and highlighted. it seems that there are quite a few girls there that have hair like mine and understand what needs to be done to achieve the perfect blonde i am always looking for. They recently became an aveda salon which I love since I am into natural products. The condition of my hair is always made a priority (i have had my hair fried before so i am always worried about that). I have 2 different girls i have been to there. Traci and Ashley. Each one seems to care about me and really wants to spend time making sure to make my hair perfect. Last time I was in I received a free neck massage at the begining of my appointment. I guess this is a new thing with the aveda products. wow, did that relax me and was a great way to start my day! I highly reccomend Panache and am one happy girl when I leave there!

When I went in it was nice looking however the employees did not know anything. I had multiple services done. It took me a long time for my hair. When I would ask the front desk for information they did not have it.It seemed as if they were not trained or educated in the facility they worked in. I further asked other employees there the same question no one knew. It is disorganized. I have been going there for years and it is just falling apart. There are so many changes and it is not for me. I further received a service which I found out that they were not educated in their field. If you do go make sure you see a License.
