Provided by YP.comIf a customer, particularly one who is visiting for the first (and probably last) time, were to order an entree that you knew you did not have in stock, you would hopefully at least have the moral fibre to apologize to the customer and offer another choice, perhaps at a reduced fee. You would not simply serve whatever scraps you could divvy up for the full price. I realized this had happened to me when I told my father-in-law we had visited this place just an hour after he dined there....he ordered the lamb chops, and received a full compliment. I followed suit, and received a paltry half order. Really?
To modify a quote from Harry S Truman (he was once President....of the United States) "if you can't stand the mendacity....get out of the Kitchen."
