Mr. Pinnick is a professional who takes pride in his work and does an excellent job. He personally does or supervises all of his company's work and is very accommodating about scheduling. The floor looks great. He even came back at no charge to clean a freshly finished floor that had been smeared with wax by a plumber and again later to putty a few corners he wasn't satisfied with. The BBB rates him an A+ for a reason!

Lloyd is wonderful. He has installed wood floors in one house for me and refinished two others. I have reccomended him to all of my friends. He has consistent craftmenship, he shows up on time, and he never leaves a mess behind. Guarantee you will be satisfied with his work. He goes above and beyond.

Final Touch did an outstanding job in my home! After receiving bids from several companies, I chose Final Touch because the bid was fair, but mainly because Lloyd spent the time to answer all my questions and made excellent suggestions. All employees were professional and courteous. The wood floor is now gorgeous thanks to Final Touch Wood Floors.

My husband and I were impressed with Lloyd right from the start. He is a very professional, conscientious and honest businessman. His work is outstanding and we appreciated his eye for detail His workmen were very thorough in their work as well as being very polite. Throughout the four days Lloyd and his crew were here, they respected our home and made sure we were pleased with every aspect of their work. The floor has been returned to its original state and is beautiful. Without a doubt, Lloyd is an outstanding craftsman and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for top quality work.

Excellent job. Lloyd & his son Landon ripped out the carpet & moldy cushin. They then repaired the rotten wood spots, removed staples/nails, sanded the floor, stained it, & put two layers of poly-urethane on it. It looks like a million bucks!!! This church building was built in 1904. Floor looks brand new. Highly reccomended!!!

Lloyd refinished our old wood floors after we bought our house. He did an exceptional job! He is very honest and trustworthy. The floors were in very very bad shape before he refinished them and now they look brand new. Lloyd has the dustless system and he uses commerical grade poly! I talked to several floor guys before I choose Lloyd and he was the only one who took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. If you are not a stay at home person, which I am not, you can give him a key and know that your house will be safe. If you are on the fence on which floor people to go with definately choose Final Touch, you will not regret it.
