I have called twice to get the PA to call me back and I still haven’t received a call. The girl at the front desk said she talked to her and I was told to give the medication a few days. My symptoms have worsened and I called back way before the 24 hour mark. I have a medical background and there is no reason why they couldn’t email a prescription for an antibiotic. This is absurd and it appears they do do care about their patients but to do what they can to get another office visit. I would not recommend this PA. Also there is no doctor on staff so she is practicing medicine on her own and is not a doctor.
