Randy was good at communicating during the pricing phase of the project. Once he had a signed contract he was very difficult to communicate with. He has a hard time managing his subcontractors. The worst part was that Randy was having issues managing the money we paid him for the project. I have received 2 Letters of intent to file a lien on our home. I wouldn't recommend anyone contact a job with him, and if you do make sure you pay everything through a title company or escrow account to make sure that the sub contractors are being paid. Also his quality of work is sub par. The siding he did on our house looks very poor, and he missed key details to the project. If you needed a fence build Randy is probably your guy. If you want an addition that requires detail save the headache and find someone else.
