Food (various menu items) taste like a microwaved TV dinner. Little flavor, tough/grissel-filled steak, and none of the dressings, gravy's, dips, etc...taste fresh made, but rather are (apparently) made from powder mixes and simply poured from bottles. Just doing something as simple as a homemade gravy or homemade ranch dressing would be enough (in most cases) to keep folks coming back. This applies to all Applebee's. Sorry, just being honest. Service providers are not a problem... BTW 60 yr old men don't require carding. Made him go out to the car to get his license... If this is a rule that must be followed, the powers that be need to seriously re-think what's important. :)

The food is less than average, and if it is good it is a fluke the service is inconsistent and you can never tell how your experience will be. The desert isn't dissapointing especially when it is on the house.

The worse service I have ever had and the hold place smell like cigarette smoke!
