Worst experience ever! I do not think that the dentist realized there was a person attached to my teeth,I never experienced such pain before, I had tears running down my face and he never thought to ask if I was okay, or just stop,he kept digging into my gums as if there were no nerve endings or a person attached to it. This dentist was not very personable, will never go back, still feeling pain after several months.

I've never had an experience like this!! The moment you walk in it's all about you. There's a receptionist who gets up to make you coffee. There are Ipads for you to use to check your email or surf on. It's a beautiful office with a fireplace and the smell of cookies baking. They cater to you and don't make you wait long. The staff is very compassionate and talk to you like you matter. It's obvious that they care. The doctors were very polite and patient and explained things clearly. I was given all of my options. I have already told my friends about Cromwell Dental, and made an appointment for my husband as I left. Highly recommended!!

Not only was walking into this beautiful new office an experience in itself, but the entire staff was the most attentive, friendly, caring staff I have ever come across. Dr. Breault and staff were very professional and personable. I would highly recommend Cromwell Dental!!

Went here as an extremely scared new patient and was very pleased with the treatment I received. Got in right away, was happy with how I was treated and was able to set up an appointment for my wife right away too. Took away my fear of going to the dentist, Dr. Breault is awesome!

Spoke with a front office staff who made it VERY clear the money is more important than the oral care of the patients. She just wasn't happy that I am paying monthly, sometimes twice a month, toward an outstanding bill. Before hanging up, this wonderful receptionist told me if I "don't want to receive collection calls at home, I better pay the balance off". ?? I'm paying monthly toward a balance, why would that deserve a threat?? So sad! Paying off balance and looking for another office that makes me and my family feel our teeth are important and not our wallets. I am sure Dr. Breault would not agree with the way his staff treats his patients.
