This facility has been a total nightmare! The Aids have NO compassion for the patients and have BIG attitude problems. Nursing staff is not far behind. The Facility is filthy and run down. Specially the long term units!! My pet wouldn't be safe with this place. The only positive side is the Physical Therapy unit and the Admissions, along with the Social services. Don't try to contact the business unit in NY as they are the rudest people I have EVER dealt with. Ombudsman and Agency on ageing have been contacted and they stay up on things, the facility does good for a week after they are gone then back to the normal low ONE STAR rating. Really SAD! OH did I forget the food??? NO ! Pathetic menu same stuff every week. HORRIBLE. I see more food going back to the kitchen due to the residents not eating because its COLD!! I say, fix the staff attitude (LPN, AIDS), and worry about putting makeup on a pimple. (hiding the buildings flaws).

A very close friend of mine is staying there,she is very ill. It's nice to know she is getting the close attention she needs.I have visited other friends or family members in different nursing homes, I am very glad her family chose this

one.
