We had them out to do our windows . The product is much better than any we looked at . We did have several other estimates . The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable . He demonstrated the windows and explained how the job would be done . It went exactly and stated . The trim outside is great and really helped the looks of the house . We could tell immediatly we had made the right decesion . We will be talking to them about a tub to shower replacement in the near future . Thanks to all of you for what you did .

Run do not walk away from this company. The installation of my new roof was incomplete and so sloppy it was worse than the original hail damage. Calls to them we're not returned. Get someone else for your roof.

Fantastic job on my siding and windows. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family! Also they left no mess after the job was done!

She was constantly stressed out over her roof because of the lousy patch job she got from a Pekin roofing company. $4,000.00 later, the roof still leaked in the same spot they were supposed to fix!!! But thanks to your amazing crew, it is PERFECT! It's worth every dime to see my grandma at peace again and to know with your lifetime guarantee she will never worry about her roof again. Terrible company. Installed Windows, Soffits, Facia and Gutters.



The gutters leak from all the seams. They are installed to low. The down spouts are installed backwards, the down pipe should go inside the pipe coming up.



Owners Angie and Lee will not return phone calls.

Rated D- with BBB.org (Better Business Bureau) they are dishonest in their sales, don't do work according to contract, refuse to refund for money for contract work agreed upon that was not completed, no lifetime warranty issued as promised. Even if they show up with a lifetime warranty, it won't do any good for a company that is on its way out. I would guess that any 4 or 5 star reviews are from themselves. That is how dishonest they are.

Medina company is another contractor at Perfect Choice... Who works people and then don't pay them for their labor!! Is this not illegal???

Had the same problems with this company. Made a down payment and had to call them many times, because they didn't start the work when promised. Showed up unannounced, when I refused to let them tear off the old roofing because severe weather was expected that day, the owner started yelling at me when I got on the phone with me. I do have to say the workers were all polite and friendly, but that's the only positive thing I can say about this company.Roof started leaking a few years later, no response from company and when I filed complaints their only response was "it is not in the contract."I also learned they are not licensed in the state of Illinois and have to agree with many others: Stay away from them.

was working with them to redo my roof. they showed up without notice to work on the roof prior to the financing being complete after we had told them to hold off because the financing was up in the air. they did the work with part of it being financed by them and with the understanding that I would pay when and if I got the major loan. well the major loan didn't come through fully and I paid them the rest of the loaned money after paying off the first loan. they have now shown up at my home unannounced 3 times demanding more money and threatening.

Wow...what a horrible company! Not to mention the piece son of the owner that likes to run people over and run! They did really horrible work on my home and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!

I am not going to go into detail, but I will say that this is a horrible company to do business with! Do not waste your time or money on them! You will most definitely be sorry!

They hire Contractors that have no idea what they are doing and you have then you have water damage in your home. Then look at there latest advertisement in the paper. She was found lying face down in the street with abrasions to her legs, shoulders and face and with black tire marks on her left shoulder.Hospital officials told deputies that two of the woman’s vertebrae were severed and that she likely would be paralyzed from the chest down, if she survived. Please do NOT use this company! I had so much trouble with them that I do not have the time or space to list all of the issues. Lets just say that there was damage done to my home by them that was never fixed, the roof they put on my home looks sub-par, and they were unprofessional and rude to me when I brought up the issues that I had. They basically called me a liar when I told them about the damage to my home, and that is NOT how you do business, especially in my home town! They do not even have a roofing license. They are borrowing someone else's. So I contacted that other company (I will leave their name out of this) and demanded they do something or I was going to submit a complaint against their company ID number since they are allowing Perfect Choice to use them. Needless to say I got a call back, from the owner of Perfect Choice, that day even though I had been calling them for 2 months! They did not fix all of the problems with my home, but I am so over dealing with them that I am over it at this point. Oh well, you live and you learn. Especially when the "foreman" gives you a sob story about not getting any more business until you pay in full so you do it and never see them again!

This is the most horrible company I have ever dealth with! I am the manager of a small, but mighty company in the Peoria area so I know a little about how a business is supposed to be run. I cannot believe how unprofessional these people were, and how horrible of a job they did on my roof. I would tell everyone I know, and I do, that they need to stay as far away as possible from Perfect Choice Exteriors! STAY AWAY! There were so many things wrong with my roof, and so much additional damage done to my home that I do not have the time or the space to go into detail about the situation. I later found out that they do not even have their own roofing license...they are borrowing someone else's! I contacted that company and threatened to open a case against their license number and they made Perfect Choice get ahold of me to settle my complaints after trying to get ahold of them for almost 2 months. Please do not use them! I promise you that you will regret it!
