Great Service. Great experience. Bought a pre-owned PS3 slim model with 2 games. Love the system. They even gave me a free headset and a $25 gift card with my purchase. Highly recommended!

Horrible horrible place. My brother bought me a ps3 for Christmas. He went there because I loved the place and previously had good experience with a supervisor. However when I tried to play my ps3 the hdmi port was messed up and part of the face of the ps3 was cracked. I had to drive from monee to crestwood to bring it back. When they swapped it out they gave me a messed up ps3 controller. I again had to drive from monee to crestwood to exchange it. And the "gentleman" who was working that night was rude and treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. And exchanges my controller for the demo controller they use. Extremely unsatisfied. Me and most my family will never go there again.
